Medals & Awards

The Medals and Awards station can be used for events to track and manage awards. This is a great tool for tracking awards that have been retrieved, as well as contacting award winners. The fields are populated by the Results Confirmation station, where event officials can confirm placements or make adjustments based on final results.  The Medals and Awards for an event can be configured to include unique medals/awards that may be included at an event. 

Award recipients can be searched by Name, Team, or selecting the event from the list

Check-in is much like the Registration process, in which the local information must be recorded in order to claim or check-in for an award.  For award ceremonies, an award winner’s bio can also be viewed/printed to be used by the presenter. The Crew bio is pulled from the athlete/team entry form in RegattaCentral. Each time an event page is accessed, the system will also keep a record which is viewable in the lower right hand corner
