  • Forgot your Login Username or password?
    • Go to www.regattacentral.com and click on 'Login' at the top of the page
    • Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link located at the bottom of the Login pop-up window at the top of the page
    • Enter the email address linked to the account and click 'Submit'
  • How do I change personal information (i.e. name, address, affiliation, email, password, etc.) for the account holder?
    • Go to www.regattacentral.com and login
    • Click the 'Account' link located in the upper right hand corner
    • Click the 'Update' button after you have made any changes to the Account Information
  • How do I edit my athlete information or add an athlete to my roster?
    • Go to www.regattacentral.com and login
    • Click on the 'edit' link located in the 'Roster' box on the right side of the page
    • Double click on the athlete's name to edit information
    • Click on the "New' tab to add an athlete to your roster
  • How do I find my roster code?
    • Each User ID has a unique roster code. To find yours, go to www.regattacentral.com and login
    • Click on the 'Instructions for USRowing Waiver Submission' link located in the 'Roster' Box on the right side of the page and your roster code should be highlighted in yellow
  • How do I send instructions on how to submit an online USRowing waiver to the athletes on my roster?
    • Go to regattacentral.com and login
    • Click on the 'Instructions for USRowing Waiver Submission' link located in the 'Roster' Box on the right side of the page
    • Copy and paste the entire instructions page into an email for all of the athletes listed in your 'Roster'
  • What if I do not have a roster code when I click on the 'Instructions for USRowing Waiver Submission' link?
    • If your roster code does not appear in a yellow box on the instructions page, you will need to contact USRowing via phone (1-800-414-4769) or email members@usrowing.org to inquire about the status of your club
  • How do I know if I have successfully submitted my online USRowing waiver?
    • You will receive a USRowing member ID # after you have successfully submitted your online waiver. This member ID # is linked to an unpaid, non-privileged USRowing membership. If you do not receive a USRowing member ID # after you click the 'Submit Application and Waiver' button, please contact (614) 360-2922 or send an email to support@regattacentral.com for customer support. 
  • I have submitted my USRowing waiver using the roster code linked to my account. How do I update my waiver status on someone else's RegattaCentral account?
    • You will need to give the other rower your USRowing member ID # (this is the number you received when you either submitted your waiver online or became a paid member of USRowing.) The other account holder will need to follow these steps:
      • Go to www.regattacentral.com and login
      • Click on the 'edit' link located in the 'Roster' box on the right side of the page
      • Double click on your name in the roster table
      • Enter your USRA# in the appropriate field and click 'Update'
  • I entered my child in a club service and now the registration shows up in my name. How do I change this?
    • Go to www.regattacentral.com and login
    • Click the 'edit' link located in the 'Roster' box on the right side of the page
    • Double click on your name in the roster table
    • Change your name and any other information to your son or daughter's information and click 'Update'
  • How do I register more than one participant for a club service listed on RegattaCentral?
    • You can now register multiple people during the same session.
      • As you add each item to your cart you'll be able to specify the participant during checkout.

    • Absolutely! RegattaCentral uses TurboMeeting, an online meeting program, to demonstrate the features of our Club Management service. This allows us to interact directly with our potential customers and receive immediate feedback about our services. It also allows us to "pass control" to the user so they can experience how the features work first hand. Conference calling is also available.
  • How do I post my club on RegattaCentral so I can take advantage of your Club Management service?
    • Posting your club on RegattaCentral is easy! Just send an email to: support@regattacentral.com with the following information:
