Equipment Statuses
When reserving equipment, it's important to be aware of the status.
Upcoming - Check out is not yet available. However, you are able to cancel your upcoming reservation if needed.
Ready to Row - from the reservations page, you have the ability to cancel or check out your reserved equipment.
Checked out - Once you have finished your reservation, you can utilize the reservations page to check in the equipment that you have reserved. If unforeseen circumstances arise after checkout and you are unable to complete your reservation, you can still cancel it within 15 minutes after your scheduled checkout time.
Completed - Once the equipment is successfully checked in and the mileage is logged, this status will be displayed.
Checking Out & Checking In
1. To begin a reservation, you can proceed to click check out for any equipment that has a status of Ready to Row.
*This can only be done 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time and given the equipment has been checked in from the previous reservation
2. Your reservation will now have the status checked out and will appear in the active tab of the reservation table status dropdown.
Once you have completed your row, click on the check in button.
3. To complete the check in process, log your meters (mileage) with a landmark button or type the distance in the text field at the bottom of the pop-up.
Select Submit to save:
*If an asset can be rigged as a sweep or sculling boat, you will also see an option to select sweep or scull when you check in your reservation. Select the option corresponding to how the boat is rigged when you complete your row.
4. After clicking the submit button on the check-in popup, you will receive confirmation that your reservation has been successfully completed.
