You are able to edit your entries up until the day that registration closes. After that date you cannot edit entries unless you contact the regatta director.

To edit entries:

  1. Go to RegattaCentral and Log In.
  2. Locate the regatta in your regatta calendar on the left side of your screen.
  3. Click on the 'my entries' link next to the affiliation you used to submit entries. 
  4. This takes you to the My Entries page where you should locate the entry you wish you edit from the list of your events and entries.
  5. Click on the 'edit' link on the right side of the screen and make any necessary changes to the entry.
  6. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save any changes you made.

To scratch entries:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Click on the 'scratch' link on the right side of the screen.
  3. This will remove the entry from the event.
  4. Click on the 'Show Scratches' check box on the right side of the screen to see boats you have scratched.

Note: You may still owe fees for the entry depending on when you scratch the entry. Check your invoice to see if you owe payment for the scratched entry.

To move entries:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Click on the 'move' link on the right side of the screen.
  3. A window will pop up with a list of possible events to move the boat to. Click on the one that you want to move the boat to.
  4. They will be automatically switched into that event and you will see the entry on your My Entries page.
